本文结合武汉市某市政桥梁工程中预制小箱梁C50混凝土生产技术要求,探索陶砂对预制小箱梁混凝土各项性能影响。研究发现:陶砂体积取代率在40%以下范围时,混凝土28d强度、凝结时间均能满足工程需求;其干缩率随着陶砂体积取代率的增长呈现持续降低的趋势,60%取代率时28d干缩率降低33%;其氯离子渗透系数随取代率增加呈现先减小后增长的趋势,40%取代率时28d氯离子渗透系数降低约15.9%。
Combined with the technical requirements for precast concrete box girder C50 concrete in a municipal bridge project in Wuhan, this paper explores the influence of ceramic sand on the properties of precast concrete box girder. The results show that the strength and the setting time of 28d concrete can meet the engineering requirements when the substitution rate of ceramic sand volume is below 40%. The shrinkage rate of ceramic 28d decreases continuously with the volume substitution rate of ceramic sand. The 60% substitution rate The drying shrinkage decreased by 33% at 28 days. The chloride ion permeability decreased first and then increased with the increase of substitution rate, while the chloride ion permeability decreased by 15.9% at 28%.
