我厂制成了自动随形打磨机。提高功效三倍多,改善了劳动条件、减轻了体力劳动,提高了产品质量。该机目前专门用来打磨水轮机桨叶、异叶等曲面,结构简单,应用几个射流元件,实现自动控制,加工前稍加调整,即可自动进行加工,直至加工完为止。结构原理自动随形打磨机共由7个部分组成:1.摆动架,2.拖动机构,3.砂轮机,4.进走机构,5.控制部分,6.工作台,7.洒水部分。1.摆动架:立柱(12)可在座子(14)上转动,两根导管(11)固定在台板(13)上。整
