目前生产和使用的电炉,大多数采用磁接头来连接电炉丝和软铜芯橡胶电源引出线,在使用电炉的过程中,常常会出现磁接头处电源线和电炉丝烧断现象。究其原因,我们发现磁接头连接导线和电炉丝通常采用的是“点”接触法,接触不是很好,加之磁接头直接安装在电炉的底板上,烧电炉时会受热迅速氧化,使磁接头接触电阻增加,发热加剧。如此恶性循环,很快就会使电炉丝和电源线烧断。
