详细介绍了一种不间断切换电路,在内燃机车双冗余控制系统的双机切换过程中,该设计避免了切换失电的不利影响,能维持各受控设备持续不间断地工作,从而能保持柴油机不因控制系统的切换而停机。通过对设计原理的分析,给出了一种成熟的电路设计方案,应用在DF8B机车控制系统中,并且该设计可延伸拓展应用于更广泛的控制切换领域。
In this paper, an uninterrupted switching circuit is introduced in detail, which avoids the adverse effects of switching loss of power during the double-machine switching process of a dual redundant control system of a diesel locomotive, and can continuously and continuously operate all controlled devices. Keep diesel engine not shut down due to switching of control system. Through the analysis of the design principle, a mature circuit design scheme is given, which is applied to the DF8B locomotive control system. The design can be extended and applied to a wider range of control switching.
