三、处理处理,是指案件调查工作结束后,统计检查机构在核准案件事实、审查有关证据的基础上,以事实为根据,以法律为准绳,对案件做出处理决定并依法追究法律责任的活动。(一)案件的审议工作这是整个统计违法案件处理工作的关键阶段。包括:(1)对违法事实的审议;(2)对违法事实的主要证据的审议;(3)对所认定的违法性质、情节的审议;(4)对立案、调查的取政程序的审议;(5)对调查报告提出的处理意见的审议。统计检查机构要在全面审议的基础上,对案件提出处理意见。对于统计违法事实清楚、证据确凿、争
