160 years ago, Marx and Engels issued the epoch-making strong tone in the “Communist Manifesto”: “The proletarians in the world are united!” However, with the development of history, great changes have taken place in the social economic structure and the class structure. Therefore, the famous quote we translated is not accurate enough. Although the translation of “proletarian” is in accordance with the original intent, it is better to use “laborer.” Although there is nothing wrong with the original meaning of “world”, it is better to translate it to “all countries ”. If we translate into “all workers in the world, unite!”, We will be more faithful to the original works and will be helpful for a deeper understanding of the spiritual essence of Marxism.
