绩效管理是人力资源管理的重点和难点。石油销售企业面临着从传统的国有企业向现代化商业组织的转型,如何有效实施绩效管理,是企业管理者面临的一个重大课题。本文以闽南地区一国有石油化工企业为研究对象,对其绩效管理现状进行深入分析,指出该企业在绩效管理方面存在的问题,并根据企业实际,力图提出一些改进对策,对改进石油销售企业的绩效管理具有现实意义。
Performance management is the focus and difficulty of human resource management. Oil sales companies are faced with the transition from traditional state-owned enterprises to modern business organizations. How to effectively implement performance management is a major issue facing corporate managers. This article takes a state-owned petrochemical enterprise in southern Fujian as the research object, and analyzes the current status of its performance management. It points out the problems that the company has in performance management, and according to the actual situation of the enterprise, it tries to put forward some countermeasures to improve the oil sales enterprise. Performance management is of practical significance.
