本文建立了高效液相色谱法测定油菜中精唑禾草灵的残留分析方法,避免了气相色谱法中必须的乙酰衍生化反应,具有步骤简单,精确度高的优点。精唑禾草灵(fenoxaprop-P-ethyl)及其代谢物(fenoxaprop-P),在0.1~0.5mg/kg添加浓度范围内,油菜茎叶、籽、土壤样品中回收率为75.02%~108.73%,变异系数为2.098~18.47%。
In this paper, a method was developed for the determination of hepazole in rapeseed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), which avoids the necessary acetyl derivatization reaction in GC. The method has the advantages of simple steps and high accuracy. The fenoxaprop-P-ethyl and its metabolites (fenoxaprop-P) in the rapeseed stem, leaves, seeds and soil samples at the concentration range of 0.1 ~ 0.5mg / kg were 75.02% ~ 108.73 %, The coefficient of variation is 2.098 ~ 18.47%.
