无氰电镀铜锡合金电镀液中硝酸盐与亚硝酸盐共存,用高锰酸钾容量法测定亚硝酸盐,因电镀液中酒石酸盐的影响使结果不理想。文献提出用氯胺T测定亚硝酸盐。氯胺T是对甲苯磺酰氯胺酸的钠盐,是一强氧化剂,文献中已有多次报导且对氯胺T作了全面的研究。氯胺T试剂稳定,对于测10~30毫克NaNO_2误差为2%左右,是一个快速而准确的方法,适用于铜锡合金电镀液中亚硝酸盐的测定。
Nitrate and nitrite coexist in cyanide-free plating copper-tin alloy plating solution, and nitrite is determined by potassium permanganate volumetric method. The result is not satisfactory due to the influence of tartrate in the plating solution. The literature proposes the use of chloramine T for the determination of nitrite. Chloramine T is the sodium salt of p-toluenesulfonyl chloramine and is a strong oxidant. It has been reported many times in the literature and a thorough study of chloramine T has been conducted. Chloramine T reagent stability, for the measurement of 10 ~ 30 mg of NaNO_2 error of about 2%, is a fast and accurate method for the determination of nitrite in copper-tin alloy plating solution.
