12月13日,根据《中国人民政治协商会议北京市委员会提案工作条例》的相关规定,经政协北京市第十二届委员会第八次主席会议审议通过,《关于大力发展晚间消费市场,拉动首都消费经济增长的提案》等9件民主党派和工商联提案;《关于支持青年“全媒体”建设的提案》等5件人民团体提案;《关于以北京新机场建设为核心,推动临空经济区规划建设的提案》等4件界别提案;《关于加强本市保障性住房管理体系建设的提案》等2件政协专委会提案;《关于建立与社会经济发展相协调的北京市公共交通票制票价体系的提案》等48件委员提案为北京市政协2013年度优秀提案。现选登四篇如下。
