斜板沉淀池,通常当原水浊度较低时,处理效果好,而当原水浊度高时,常发生短流,效果变差。为了改善斜板沉淀池的水流状态,提高处理效果,设置整流板是很有必要的。通常的整流板为钢筋混凝土壁,设置在斜板的进口与出口,距斜板1.5~2.0米之处,整流孔径为100~150毫米,开孔率6~7%。实验表明,上述整流板效果欠佳,为此作者作了如下改进。1.把整流孔的孔径由原100~150毫米,减小到15~20毫米,于是孔口的射流区就缩短到10~20厘米。2.为保持开孔率为6~7%,则整流孔间距须为
