随着社会经济、文化、科技的不断发展,市场上对知识水平高且紧随时代发展潮流的专业化人才需求量也越来越大。然而,也随着各类高等院校数量逐渐扩大的现状,很多学生就面临就业难且就业压力大等现状。于是本文就通过“校企合作”的方式来分析目前连锁经营管理人才培养的现状,及探讨如何用连锁经营管理,校企合作的模式来培养专业化人才。力图通过的分析与探讨来缓减学生的就业压力,及为市场上缺乏专业化人才做贡献,由此来达到双赢的效果。
With the continuous development of society and economy, culture and science and technology, there is an increasing demand for specialized personnel in the market who are highly knowledgeable and follow the trend of the times. However, with the gradual enlargement of the number of all kinds of institutions of higher learning, many students are faced with the difficulties of employment and employment pressure. So this article through the “school-enterprise cooperation ” way to analyze the current status of chain management personnel training, and to explore how to use chain management, school-enterprise cooperation model to cultivate specialized personnel.
