笔者在对340侧下颌孔位置及其与周围解剖标志的距离关系进行测定的基础上,确定了用短针头进行下颌孔阻滞麻醉的部位和方法,然后在临床上应用。从1981年以来,我科采用短针头作下颌孔阻滞麻醉500余例次,用于牙齿及牙槽外科各种手术,取得良好的效果,现将其中资料较完整的428例次麻醉临床结果报告如下。 Based on the determination of the location of mandibular hole in 340 side and its relationship with the distance of the surrounding anatomical landmarks, the author determined the site and method of mandibular orifice block anesthesia with short needle and then applied it in clinic.
