诉讼时效问题,往往被人们所忽略,甚至有人不知什么是诉讼时效。有些“官司”的当事人本稳操胜券,却因诉讼时效届满,而丧失胜诉权。诉讼时效是指权利人在时效期间内不行使其权利,即丧失由人民法院依诉讼程序保护其权利的权利。通俗地讲,就是在一定时间内不向法院提起诉讼的话,过了时间,法院就不再受理了,有关权利就得不到法律保护了。关于诉讼时效的案例很多,我们在这里举两个方面的典型案
