永安路小学是山西省孝义市崇文小学教育集团的下属校区,自2011年建校以来获得了快速发展。根据“一切为了学生健康发展”的办学理念,我们在关注学生主体、强调教师主导的同时形成了较为成熟的教学理念——以生为主,育人为本。让学享受快乐,体验成功;让教传正能量,相伴幸福。在集团“源于母体,别于母体,优于母体”办学思路的引导下,我校区大胆尝试,聚焦师生的共同发展,期待在新的教研模式下实现教学的双向优化。
Yong’an Road Primary School is a subordinate campus of Chongwen Primary School Education Group in Xiaoyi City, Shanxi Province. Since its establishment in 2011, it has achieved rapid development. According to the idea of running a school for all students ’healthy development, we are paying close attention to the students’ main body, emphasizing that the teachers are leading and the more mature teaching concepts are formed at the same time - taking students as the mainstay and educating people as the foundation.
