目的观察高能超脉冲CO2激光治疗睑黄瘤的临床疗效。方法用高能超脉冲CO2激光治疗皮损部位。结果治疗168例患者有效率100%。1例术后2周出现局部色素沉着,0.5 a后应用调Q开关YAG双波长激光美容治疗机治疗2次后色素减退。结论高能超脉冲CO2激光治疗睑黄瘤疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of high-energy and ultra-pulsed CO2 laser in the treatment of palpebral xanthoma. Methods High-energy hyper-pulsed CO2 laser was used to treat the lesions. Results The treatment of 168 patients with an efficiency of 100%. One case had local pigmentation 2 weeks after operation, and hypopigmentation was observed after 0.5-year treatment with Q-switched YAG dual-wavelength laser cosmetic treatment machine. Conclusion High-energy hyper-pulsed CO2 laser treatment of palpebral xanthoma significant effect.
