前文中我们曾报导杀虫单的精制品只有一个极谱波(C波),用甲醇作溶剂时制得的粗品有三个极谱波(A、B、C波)。以后改进了工艺,用水代替甲醇,制得的粗品没有C波,只有B波,但在-1.3伏特处出现另一极谱波(D波)。为了弄清B、C、D波是由什么物质(或基团)产生的,我们对反应机理进行了一些探索试验。试验用883型极谱仪进行。参考电极为镀汞银电极。底液为1M NH_4Cl。 (一)RSSO_3~-基团的极谱波
We have previously reported that there is only one polarographic wave (C wave) in the insecticidal single-phase and three polarographic waves (A, B, C-wave) in the crude phase produced with methanol. The process was later improved with water instead of methanol. The resulting crude had no C wave but only B wave but another polar wave (D wave) at -1.3 volts. In order to understand the B, C, D wave is caused by what material (or groups), we conducted some research on the reaction mechanism. The test was performed with a Model 883 polarography instrument.
