汽车市场火爆,消费纠纷也在增加。消 费者在购买新车时,对车辆制造厂的新车 保修政策不够重视,当新车发生问题时, 在处理索赔问题上处于被动地位。通过对 汽车保修方面的论述,旨在提高消费者的 主动保护意识,提高汽车售后服务中心对 顾客索赔业务的重视,从而促进中国汽车 工业更加健康的发展。
