偏磨是造成抽油机井维护性作业的重要因素,它严重影响机采井时率和采出效率,制约着油田发展。目前温米油田抽油机井存在偏磨现象,2009全年由偏磨引起的检泵井21口,其中17口井偏磨严重,占80%。针对此问题,分析了温米油田抽油机井发生偏磨的原因以及目前国内外油田采用的防偏磨技术,结合温米油田防偏磨技术的实施情况,提出了适合于温米油田的防偏磨治理措施。
Partial wear is an important factor for the maintenance work of pumping wells. It seriously affects the recovery rate and production efficiency and restricts the development of the oilfield. At present, the pumping wells in the Wenmi Oilfield have partial wear phenomena. In 2009, 21 pump wells were caused by partial wear, of which 17 were heavily eccentric worn, accounting for 80% of the total. In view of this problem, the reasons of eccentric wear of the pumping well in the Wenmi Oilfield and the anti-eccentric wear technology used in oilfields at home and abroad are analyzed. Combined with the implementation of the anti-eccentric wear technology in the Wenmi Oilfield, Partial wear governance measures.
