作者用极谱法测定了妊娠大鼠经腹腔注射V_2O_5后母鼠血、胎盘、羊水和胎鼠组织中的钒含量。结果表明,钒在妊娠的胚胎期和胎儿期均可透过胎盘进入胚胎/胎鼠体内,但胎盘对钒有一定屏障作用。给药后4小时胎鼠组织中钒含量达最高,120小时仍维持相当浓度,表明胎鼠对钒有蓄积作用。
The author used polarography to determine the content of vanadium in the blood, placenta, amniotic fluid and fetal rat tissue of pregnant rats after intraperitoneal injection of V 2 O 5.
