目的 :对俯卧位前房摄像测量系统与超声生物显微镜 (UBM )测量所得的同一眼的虹膜轮廓的曲率半径进行比较。方法 :选取浅前房 2 2例 2 2只眼。用自行设计的俯卧位前房摄像测量系统摄取病人坐位水平前房裂隙图像一张 ,并用UBM取颞侧前房剖面像。用专用测量软件测量计算两种前房图像上颞侧虹膜的曲率半径 ,进行相关性分析。结果 :用俯卧位前房摄像测量系统所得 2 2只眼的虹膜曲率半径为 (5 5 6 9± 1 2 4 2 )mm ,用拟合圆的方法计算UBM图像上的虹膜曲率半径为(5 2 6 8± 1 170 )mm。两种方法之间的相关系数为 0 5 4 2。矫正公式为Iru =0 5 11×Irs +2 4 2 3(Iru :UBM所得的虹膜曲率半径 ,Irs:前房摄像测量系统所得的虹膜曲率半径 )。结论 :通过此矫正公式 ,我们可以对俯卧位前房摄像测量系统所得的虹膜曲率半径值进行矫正 ,得到相应的UBM图像上所测量的虹膜曲率半径值。
PURPOSE: To compare the radii of curvature of the iris contour of the same eye measured by an imaging system in the prone position and the UBM. Methods: Twenty-two cases (22 eyes) of shallow anterior chamber were selected. A self-designed prone-position anterior chamber camera measurement system takes pictures of the anterior chamber fissure at the level of the patient’s seat and takes the temporal anterior chamber profile image with UBM. The radius of curvature of the temporal iris on the two anterior chamber images was measured and measured by special measurement software, and the correlation analysis was performed. Results: The radius of curvature of the iris of the 2 eyes was (5 5 6 9 ± 1 2 4 2) mm, and the curvature radius of the iris on the UBM image was (5 2 6 8 ± 1 170) mm. The correlation between the two methods is 0 5 4 2. The correction formula is Iru = 0 5 11 × Irs +2 4 2 3 (iris curvature radius obtained from Iru: UBM, Irs: iris curvature radius obtained from an anterior chamber camera measuring system). CONCLUSIONS: With this correction formula, we can correct the value of the iris curvature obtained from the imaging system of the prone anterior chamber to obtain the iris curvature radius measured on the corresponding UBM image.
