从一九七七年恢复高考统一招生制度以来,我校已招收三届学生。这些学生来自祖国各地,年龄大的三十多岁,小的只有十四岁。他们怀着喜悦的心情跨进了大学,开始了新的学习生活。这些学生由于年龄不同,经历不同,思想觉悟、爱好、性格各方面都有较大的差异。有的同学深切地感到,只有粉碎“四人帮”才有他们上大学的机会。他们感激党,十分珍惜来到大学学习的机会,分秒必争地要把失去的时间夺回来。尽管学习很紧张,同学中的大多数仍然关心国内外的形势,思想十分活跃。这是当代大学生的主流。但是,由于这些学生经历了长达十年的动乱,政治上受到创伤,他们之中的一部分人把党的领导同我们工作中的缺点、错误混为一谈;
Since the resumption of the unified enrollment system for college entrance examination in 1977, our school has enrolled three students. These students come from all over the motherland, more than 30 years old, and only 14 years old. They entered the university with joy and started a new study life. Due to their different ages, different experiences, these students have great differences in their thinking, hobbies, and personalities. Some students deeply felt that only by smashing the “gang of four” did they have the chance to go to college. They are grateful to the party and cherish the opportunity to come to university for study. They must seize every second of the lost time. Although the study is very tense, most of the students are still concerned about the situation at home and abroad, thinking very active. This is the mainstream of contemporary college students. However, as a result of these ten years of turmoil and political trauma, some of them have confused the party’s leadership with the flaws and mistakes in our work;
