为了在最艰苦、最恶劣的环境下锻炼部队,提高作战能力,我部对飞行员组织了长途跨区机动奔袭飞行训练。现将训练中飞行员的生理、心理变化及航卫保障经验作一小结,供兄弟部队航医借鉴。1 长途奔袭训练的概况 此次训练要求参训部队,在不到1d的时间内连续飞行,跨越数个战区,在多个不同条件的机场起落,每名飞行员平均飞行时间 6 h 50 min,由上午八九点钟到次晨三四点钟不停地滚动式起飞。如果包括提前进场时间,则训练持续近24 h,中间没有睡眠休息时间。训练课目包括夜间在陌生机场着陆、
