进入二十一世纪以来,我国钢铁行业运行低迷,高产能和低需求的共振下形成了严峻的钢铁产能过剩局面。这种状况下,为保证企业竞争力,控制成本成为钢铁企业重中之重。本文以福建三钢集团为例,探讨新常态下的钢铁物流与服务模式的重建,以通过钢铁现货流通环节和服务环节的改善实现成本节约并进一步发掘市场潜力,提升企业生存能力和竞争力。
Since entering the 21st century, the steel industry in China downturn, high productivity and low demand under the resonance formed a severe steel overcapacity situation. In this situation, in order to ensure the competitiveness of enterprises, cost control become the top priority of the steel industry. Taking Fujian San Gang Group as an example, this paper discusses the reconstruction of steel logistics and service mode in the new normal so as to realize cost saving and further explore the market potential through the improvement of the spot steel circulation and service links so as to enhance the viability and competitiveness of enterprises.
