针对水平椭圆管降膜蒸发海水淡化的技术特点,在流体力学和传热学理论分析基础上,运用自定义函数(UDF)对FLUENT软件进行二次开发,采用分布参数法建立数学模型,对椭圆管外液膜流动进行了三维数值模拟研究,并与圆管进行对比分析,得出椭圆管截面形状因子对液膜分布和流动形态的影响规律。模拟结果表明,E=1.5的椭圆管具有液膜薄,均匀性好的特点,管表面更易形成柱状流,当入口流速为0.8 m/s时,此椭圆管外液膜分布状态最好。
Based on the theoretical analysis of fluid mechanics and heat transfer theory, the secondary development of FLUENT software is carried out by UDF, the mathematical model is established by the distributed parameter method, and the ellipse The three-dimensional numerical simulation of the liquid film flow outside the tube was carried out and compared with the circular tube. The influence of the shape factor of the elliptical tube on the liquid film distribution and flow morphology was obtained. The simulation results show that the oval tube with E = 1.5 has the characteristics of thin film and good uniformity, and the columnar flow is more easily formed on the surface of the tube. When the inlet flow rate is 0.8 m / s, the outer liquid film distribution of the oval tube is the best.
