我于1986年底赴加拿大麦克马斯特(Mc Master)大学医学院胃肠内科进修,从事临床科研工作两年多。在这段时间里,为了完成科研任务,必须独立完成实验和论文,还需修完科研设计和医学统计学等研究生课程,工作十分紧张,也很有收益。在这期间不仅有机会作为工作人员而不是客人广泛联系医护人员和病人,而且有机会去了解西方国家的文化、风俗和一些制度,其中有些地方是值得我们借鉴的。
I went to the Department of Gastroenterology at the McMaster University Medical School in Canada at the end of 1986 to pursue clinical research work for more than two years. During this period of time, in order to accomplish scientific research tasks, it is necessary to complete experiments and dissertations independently. It is also necessary to complete postgraduate courses such as scientific research design and medical statistics. The work is very tense and very rewarding. During this period, we not only had the opportunity to contact staff and patients extensively as staff and not as guests, but also had the opportunity to understand the culture, customs and some systems of Western countries, some of which are worth learning from.
