1.本组实验,是以家兔腓肠神经复合动作电位的C波作为痛反应指标,观察了同神经电针对C波传导的抑制作用,并分析了这种抑制作用同电针频率的关系。2.结果表明,同神经电针,在动物外周神经上对痛冲动是有阻断作用的;在一定条件下,这种阻断作用很大。认为,这种外周阻断作用,在某些针麻临床中可能出现;充分发挥电针这种阻断作用,并对其作用原理深入研究,都很有必要。3.电针在外周神经上对痛冲动的阻断效果,与所选的电针频率有很密切关系。本实验条件下,以每分万次级电针效果为最好。

This group of experiments, the rabbit supine nerve with C-wave composite action potential as an index of pain response was observed with the C-wave nerve conduction inhibition, and analyzed the inhibition of the relationship with the frequency of electro-acupuncture . 2. The results show that, with the nerve electroacupuncture, the animal’s peripheral nerve pain blocking action is blocked; under certain conditions, this blocking effect is great. That this peripheral blocking effect may appear in some acinar clinical; give full play to this blocking effect of electro-acupuncture, and the role of its principle in-depth study, are all necessary. Electroacupuncture in the peripheral nerve on the pain impulse blocking effect, and the selected electro-acupuncture frequency is closely related. Under the experimental conditions, the effect of electro-acupuncture at every ten thousandth is the best.
