西石门铁矿选矿厂由马鞍山钢铁设计院设计,1974年基建,1985年正式投入运营,设计为4个系列,年处理原矿量250万t,年生产铁精矿100万t。该选矿厂分级设备选用2FG-φ2400高堰式双螺旋分级机,与球磨机配合形成闭合磨矿回路。高堰式双螺旋分级机下部支座沉积于矿浆中,工况条件恶劣,原设计支座下轴头与法兰为轴孔配合,采用键连接,装配精度不易控制,且使用寿命短,故障频发。为解决上述问题,该选矿厂设计了轴与法兰焊接和轴与法兰整体铸造2种改造方案,从理论和使用方面对改进方案进行了比较分析,最终通过经济效益分析确定了改进方案。

In order to solve the above problems, the beneficiation plant designed two kinds of transformation schemes of shaft and flange welding and shaft and flange integral casting, compared and analyzed the improvement scheme from theory and application, and finally determined the improvement scheme through economic benefit analysis.
