目的探讨经胸超声心动图测量封堵器伸展径及厚度在先天性心脏病经导管封堵术中的应用价值。方法对进行封堵后的房间隔缺损(ASD)40例患者,于术后即刻、第2天、3个月后测量其封堵器伸展径及厚度,与术前缺损大小进行比较,评价封堵器型号选择是否适宜。结果 40例ASD封堵器伸展径与术前缺损大小无明显变化,封堵器厚度在术后即刻与术后第2天变化不显著,于3个月后变化较大,其厚度明显缩小。结论经胸超声心动图能简便、准确测量先天性心脏病封堵器伸展径及厚度,以得出封堵器形变的过程,封堵器厚度的适宜范围多少为最牢固,并发症最少。
Objective To investigate the value of transthoracic echocardiography in measuring the diameter and thickness of occluder in the transcatheter closure of congenital heart disease. Methods 40 patients with atrial septal defect (ASD) after occlusion were enrolled. The diameter and thickness of occluder were measured immediately after, 2 and 3 months after operation, compared with the size of preoperative defect, Plug device model selection is appropriate. Results There were no significant changes in the diameter of ASD occluder and the size of preoperative defect in 40 ASD occluders. The thickness of occluder did not change immediately after operation and on the 2nd day after operation. The thickness of occluder changed significantly after 3 months. Conclusion Transthoracic echocardiography can be easily and accurately measure the diameter and thickness of the occluder of congenital heart disease in order to obtain the process of occluder deforming. The suitable range of occluder thickness is the strongest and the complication is the least.
