1.编制热处理工艺的原因某机械传动压路机变速器二轴结构如图1所示,其两侧的花键需承受较大扭矩和交变应力。因此要求变速器二轴具有较高的韧性、强度和耐磨性。该轴原使用40Cr钢材制作,为满足使用要求,需将整体进行调质处理,并将花键部位进行高频感应淬火处理。我单位库存有大批20CrMnTi低碳合金钢材料,为充分利用这些库存材料,决定采用20CrMnTi锻件替代40Cr钢作为二轴的材料。为此需要重新编制该轴的热处理工艺。
1.
