据1982年对阿拉巴马森林资源的调查,统计如下:--从1972～1982年,总林地面积变化不大;转为非林地的244837. 45公顷再次转为林地并增加至377171. 08公顷。--森林工业地面积增长了6%;公有地面积增长了14%。非工业私有地面积无显著变化。--林型发生了重大变化。栎木-山胡桃木林型增长了23%;而火炬松-短叶松、栎木-松树以及河谷林型分别减少了8%,7%和4%。长叶松-湿地松林型没有变化。
According to a survey of forest resources in Alabama in 1982, the statistics are as follows: - From 1972 to 1982, the area of total forest land changed little; 24,484.37 hectares converted to non-woodland were once again converted to forest land and increased to 377,171.08 hectares . - Forest industrial area increased by 6%; public land area increased by 14%. Non-industrial private area no significant change. - Forest type has undergone major changes. The number of oak-hickory forests increased by 23%, while that of Pinus taeda - short-leaved pine, oak-pine and valley forest decreased by 8%, 7% and 4% respectively. Slash pine - Pinus elliottii forest type did not change.
