我省煤矿整顿关闭专项行动经过三个多月攻坚战,现已取得初步的、阶段性成效。为广开思路、配合决策层科学决策提供信息资料,本刊特约湖南科技大学管理学院讲师徐金燕,在对地方煤矿安全事故的统计数据和典型案例进行分析的基础上,探讨地方煤矿事故多发的主要原因,并从经济环境、监管体制、严格执法、安全投入和工会建设等方面提出解决问题的建议措施。
After a three-month storming battle over the special rectification and consolidation operation of the coal mines in our province, initial and stage results have been achieved. In order to broaden the mindset and cooperate with decision makers in making scientific decisions, Xu Jinyan, a lecturer at the School of Management of Hunan University of Science and Technology, discussed the statistical data and typical cases of local coal mine safety accidents. Reasons, and proposed measures to solve the problems from the aspects of economic environment, regulatory system, strict law enforcement, safety investment and trade union building.
