我科于1996年6月～12月对细菌性结、角膜炎使用氧氟沙星眼水治疗,共观察157例。男性88例,女性69例。年龄10个月～55岁。细菌性结膜炎疗程2～7d,细菌性角膜炎疗程7～20d。一般滴眼3d后症状和体征明显改善,2周后溃疡愈合。少数病例滴眼10d症状和体征改善,角膜溃疡范围缩小,浸润消失,水肿消退。极少数病例症状和体征减轻,溃疡面没有再扩大,浸润减轻。
Our department in June 1996 ~ December of bacterial knot keratitis using ofloxacin eye water treatment, a total of 157 cases were observed. 88 males and 69 females. Aged 10 months to 55 years old. Bacterial conjunctivitis course of 2 ~ 7d, bacterial keratitis course of 7 ~ 20d. After the general eye drops 3d signs and symptoms improved significantly, 2 weeks after ulcer healing. A few cases of eye drops 10d symptoms and signs of improvement, narrowing of corneal ulcer, infiltration disappeared, edema subsided. Very few cases of symptoms and signs to reduce the ulcer surface no longer expanded, reduce the infiltration.
