组织发展和员工发展是现代人力资源管理的功能定位,更是人力资源管理的未来发展趋势。作为现代人力资源管理的重要内容之一,绩效管理的功能定位就是战略管理;现代绩效管理实际上就是战略绩效管理。从绩效考核到绩效管理的转变,不仅是具体内容的变化,而且是组织管理体制、机制、文化、环境等全方位的转变,是人力资源管理系统的战略转型。
Organizational development and staff development are the function orientation of modern human resource management and the future trend of human resource management. As one of the important contents of modern human resource management, the function orientation of performance management is strategic management; modern performance management is actually strategic performance management. The change from performance appraisal to performance management is not only the change of concrete content, but also the omni-directional transformation of organizational management system, mechanism, culture and environment, and a strategic transformation of human resources management system.
