利用通道式分级淬火油槽对４５钢试样进行了不同冷却条件下的淬火试验，通过截面硬度检测，淬火冷却能力测定以及金相组织分析，表明对４５钢采用通道式分级淬火处理，可达到４０Ｃｒ钢、４０ＭｎＢ钢等的常规淬火效果，以较低成本，生产高强度紧固件，同时使工件开裂倾向显著降低
