理想波导短程透镜的研究

报道无曲率奇点、无像差光波导短程透镜的研究。在透镜面型设计上,应用前文提出的过渡区母线函数形式[1],有效地消除了透镜卷边两端的曲率奇点[2],具体设计和研制了理想光波导短程透镜。通过实验测试,短程透镜在通光孔径(8mm)内消除了球差,对4.78mm宽的平面波束,其焦点束斑为3.3μm。 Reported no curvature singularity, no aberration optical waveguide short-range lens research. In lens surface design, the transitional region busbar function [1] proposed in the previous paper is used to eliminate the curvature singularities at both ends of lens curl [2]. The ideal optical waveguide short-cut lens is designed and developed. Through experimental tests, the short-range lens eliminates the spherical aberration in the clear aperture (8mm), and the spot beam spot is 3.3μm for a 4.78mm wide planar beam.
