沈阳石棉水泥制品厂为加快从日本引进的建筑涂料涂装生产线厂房的建设,采用了自产的石棉水泥半波板作外墙材料,保证了该生产线当年生产。厂房面积为1805平方米,用轻钢框架承重,用纸面石膏板作内墙,用矿棉作中间保温层,用石棉水泥半波板作外墙。建设时间为砖墙的1/3。墙体荷重与砖墙相比,砖结构为727公斤/米~2(37厚),而此结构仅为55公斤/米~2,石棉水泥半波板的标准
Shenyang Asbestos Cement Products Factory adopted the self-produced asbestos cement half-wave plate as the exterior wall material to accelerate the construction of the architectural paint coating production line plant imported from Japan and ensured the production of the production line that year. The workshop area is 1,805 square meters. It is supported by a light steel frame, with a gypsum plasterboard for the interior wall, mineral wool for the intermediate insulation layer and an asbestos cement half wave plate for the exterior wall.
