目的研究异丙嗪预防及对抗BaCl2诱发豚鼠快速室性心律失常的作用。方法以不同浓度的BaCl2建立豚鼠快速室性心律失常模型,随机分为3个组(异丙嗪组、生理盐水空白对照组和利多卡因阳性对照组),记录各组给药后动物心律失常的出现以及持续时间。结果异丙嗪组、利多卡因组在各个浓度的心律失常模型组中,室性快速性心律失常出现时间延迟、持续时间明显缩短。结论异丙嗪对BaCl2诱发的豚鼠心律失常有预防及对抗作用,此作用不劣于治疗剂量的利多卡因。
Objective To study the preventive effect of promethazine against BaCl2-induced rapid ventricular arrhythmia in guinea pigs. Methods The model of guinea pig ventricular tachyarrhythmias was established with different concentrations of BaCl2.
