我国石化企业在三十年的发展过程中不断开发海外市场,在国际市场上已成为一支不可缺少的石化领头羊。但是海外项目人员的语言沟通、跨文化交流、国际法律法规等知识依然存在欠缺,并且在竞争中越来越显现并成为短板,因此,海外项目人员休假期间的培训就非常重要,如何利用短短的休假时间,进一步提升这些人员的综合能力,是每一个石化行业培训中心需要认真思考并解决的重要课题。笔者根据对多家石化企业培训中心海外项目人员培训情况的调研以及自身的培训经验,对河南油田海外项目人员休假期间的培训模式进行了更深层次的探讨。
China’s petrochemical enterprises in the course of three decades of continuous development of overseas markets, in the international market has become an indispensable leader in the petrochemical industry. However, the knowledge of overseas project staffs such as language communication, cross-cultural exchange and international laws and regulations still lacks and becomes more and more obvious in the competition and becomes a short board. Therefore, the training of overseas project staff during vacation is very important and how to use the short Leave time to further enhance the comprehensive ability of these personnel is an important task that every petrochemical industry training center needs to seriously consider and solve. Based on the research on the training of overseas project personnel in a number of petrochemical enterprise training centers and their own training experiences, the author conducted a deeper discussion on the training mode during the leave of staff of Henan Oilfield overseas project.
