为了科学、高效地筛选出符合育种目标的甘蔗优良杂交组合,提高育种效率。采用同异分析法,对2014—2015年度云瑞14系列的42个杂交组合,进行了以株高、茎径、锤度、有效径、单茎重、产量6个目标育种指标的评价。评价结果表明:云瑞03-321×云蔗10-45、云瑞10-1055×德蔗07-36、云蔗05-51×云瑞05-770三杂交组合的综合联系度数值分别是0.8105、0.8097、0.8008(均>0.8000),同异分析评语为优秀,其中云瑞03-321×云蔗10-45这个杂交组合的综合联系度是42个材料中最大的。云瑞05-679×德蔗93-94、德蔗07-36×云瑞05-704两杂交组合的综合联系度依次是0.7030、0.7008,综合联系度数值介于0.700~0.800之间,同异分析评语为良好。其余杂交组合表现一般。
In order to scientifically and efficiently screen out the excellent hybridization combinations of sugarcane that meet the breeding objectives and improve the breeding efficiency. The sameness and difference analysis was used to evaluate the breeding target of six hybrids of Yunrui 14 series in 2014-2015 with six target breeding indexes of plant height, stem diameter, brix, effective diameter, single stem weight and yield. The evaluation results showed that the comprehensive relationship degree values of Yunrui 03-321 × Yunzai 10-45, Yunrui 10-1055 × Takin 07-36, Yunxian 05-51 × Yunrui 05-770 were respectively 0.8105 , 0.8097,0.8008 (all> 0.8000), and the sameness and difference analysis was excellent. The comprehensive association of Yunrui 03-321 × Yunane 10-45 was the largest among 42 materials. Yunrui 05-679 × Takane 93-94, Takane 07-36 × Yunrui 05-704 hybrid combinations were 0.7030,0.7008, the comprehensive relationship between the values ranged from 0.700 to 0.800, the same difference Analytical reviews are good. The performance of the remaining hybrids was average.
