项目背景介绍随着地方财政部门财政一体化管理工作的不断深入,根据行政事业单位财务结算管理制度的相关规定,各事业单位的账务报销模式统一由过去的现金支付转变为转账收付。2014年,结合行政事业单位在财务管理制度上的这一新形势、新需求,在安徽省分行提供信息技术支持的基础上,邮储银行滁州市分行以下属的天长市支行为试点,为当地部分行政事业单位安装了带有银行卡间资金互转功能的“财务POS”
