目的采用HPLC法测定复方吲哚美辛栓中吲哚美辛的含量。方法采用C18色谱柱,流动相为0.05 mol·L-1乙酸-乙腈(50∶50),测定波长260 nm。结果吲哚美辛25.59～307.13 mg·L-1与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),回收率为98.9%(RSD=2.0%,n=6)。结论所用方法准确、可靠,可用于复方吲哚美栓的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of indomethacin in compound indomethacin suppositories by HPLC. Methods C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol·L-1 acetic acid-acetonitrile (50:50) with a wavelength of 260 nm. Results The linear range of peak area was 25.59 ~ 307.13 mg · L-1 for indomethacin (r = 0.9999). The recovery was 98.9% (RSD = 2.0%, n = 6). Conclusion The method used is accurate and reliable and can be used for the quality control of compound Indomethacin.
