目的了解2013年绍兴市保健食品质量安全情况,探讨有效的保健食品监管措施。方法对生产、流通环节的保健食品随机抽样,结合相关标准,进行统计分析。结果 2013年抽检的157批次产品中,质量合格率为87.90%;浙江省企业产品质量合格率高于其他省(P<0.05);质量不合格产品主要集中在减肥类等功能产品。卫生学不合格项目以微生物、重金属铅砷频次较高;有2个批次的减肥类保健食品检测出违禁药物。结论保健食品安全状况总体稳定,但也存在一些问题,需进一步规范管理。
Objective To understand the quality and safety of health food in Shaoxing City in 2013 and explore effective health food regulatory measures. Methods Random sampling of health food in the production and circulation sectors was conducted, and statistical analysis was carried out based on the relevant standards. Results Among 157 batches of products sampled in 2013, the pass rate of quality was 87.90%; the pass rate of product quality of Zhejiang enterprises was higher than that of other provinces (P <0.05); the unqualified products were mainly concentrated in the functional products such as slimming products. Health unqualified items to microorganisms, heavy metals lead arsenic frequency is higher; there are two batches of weight loss health food detection of illicit drugs. Conclusion The overall safety of health food is stable, but there are some problems that need to be further standardized.
