随着建筑工程数量的不断增加,也给建筑工程的施工带来了很多问题,同时对目前的施工管理要求也不断的提高。所以现代建筑工程的施工管理急需进行创新,同时也要注重与时俱进,以此来提高施工管理的高效性,为整个建筑工程的质量建立可靠的制度保障。所以,本文将通过对目前的建筑工程施工管理现状进行分析,提出一些创新的解决策略,以供参考。
