本文主要研究了节能减排沥青混合料的配合比设计方法、路用性能,并对节能减排效果进行了计算和评价,然后通过胶州湾隧道沥青路面工程的工程实践对研究结果进行了验证。研究结果显示,与普通沥青路面相比,节能减排型路面能够降低20~30℃的施工温度,可有效节约燃油、降低能耗、减少排放。
This paper mainly studies the mix design method and road performance of energy-saving and emission-reducing asphalt mixture, and calculates and evaluates the effect of energy-saving and emission-reduction. Then the result of the research is verified through the engineering practice of asphalt pavement in Jiaozhou Bay Tunnel. The results show that, compared with ordinary asphalt pavement, energy-saving and emission-reduction pavement can reduce the construction temperature of 20-30 ℃, which can effectively save fuel, reduce energy consumption and reduce emissions.
