结合新疆地区的地域特点,将建筑废弃混凝土处理成再生骨料应用于混凝土的拌制中具有显著的社会、经济效益。本文对新疆乌鲁木齐周边收集到的建筑垃圾进行加工,制备成再生粗骨料,绘制再生粗骨料颗粒级配曲线,测试粗集料基本性能指标和配合比设计,试验研究了再生混凝土的工作性能和抗压性能,对掺锂渣再生混凝土试验研究了抗压和抗拉性能,最后对新疆再生混凝土研究与应用提出了建议和展望。
Combined with the regional characteristics of Xinjiang, the construction of waste concrete into recycled aggregate used in the mixing of concrete has significant social and economic benefits. In this paper, the construction rubbish collected around Urumqi, Xinjiang was processed to prepare recycled coarse aggregate, draw grading curve of recycled coarse aggregate, test the basic performance index and mix design of coarse aggregate, and test the working performance of recycled concrete And compressive properties, the compressive and tensile properties of the recycled concrete with lithium slag were tested. Finally, some suggestions and prospects for the research and application of recycled concrete in Xinjiang were put forward.
