信息处理人员负责挖掘本院校和学术网络中蕴含的知识资源,为知识创新提供了更深层的服务,推动了知识经济的变革。但结合实际情况来讲,我国信息处理人员职业道德还有待于提高,基于此,本文提出了提高信息处理从业人员职业道德的策略,希望能够给建设信息处理人员队伍提供参考。
Information processing personnel are responsible for mining the knowledge resources contained in the institutions and academic networks, providing deeper service for knowledge innovation and promoting the change of knowledge-based economy. However, in light of the actual situation, the professional ethics of information processing personnel in our country still needs to be improved. Based on this, this paper proposes a strategy to improve the professional ethics of information processing practitioners, hoping to provide a reference for the construction of information processing personnel.
