我厂生产的套筒滚子链原采用20~#或20c_r钢渗碳淬火,低温回火。技术要求是:表面硬度HR_A72-78,渗层深度0.7-0.9毫米。工艺曲线(如图1)按此工艺生产的链条滚子件,经十多年的生产应用考验,使用寿命在1500-2500小时。失效的方式如(图2)(?)(?)(?)(?)(?)(?)(?)(?)大学,吉林工业大学共同对滚子失效研究分析认为:滚子受链轮主要是由于多冲疲劳而失效。应充分地提高滚子强韧性,使之具有高的多冲疲劳寿命。所以决定将原20~#渗碳淬火回火工艺改为用低碳合金钢淬火成低碳马氏体。低碳马氏体具有相当高的强度,(屈服强度达100-130kg/mm~2抗拉强度达120-
