在各级组织中开展廉政风险防控机制建设,与中国当前所处的社会和历史发展环境密切相关,与中国共产党始终以坚决的态度反对腐败、加强廉政建设相关。在反腐败和廉政建设方面,坚持标本兼治、综合治理、惩防并举、注重预防的方针,更加注重治本、预防和制度建设,从源头上拓展防治腐败工作领域,廉政风险防控机制建设就是预防腐败的一个很好抓手和有效载体。
