作者观察了小鼠骨骼肌乳酸代谢在模拟高原训练返回平原后的变化趋势 ,对高原训练影响机体运动能力的机理进行初步研究。用低压氧舱模拟高原缺氧环境 ,高度选择海拔 2 30 0m± 5 0m ;以平原不运动、平原运动及模拟高原对照 ,在低压舱内训练小鼠游泳 4周后出低压舱 (返回平原 )
The authors observed the mouse skeletal muscle lactate metabolism in simulated plateau training returned to the plain after the trend of altitude training on the body’s ability to exercise a preliminary study. The aerobic plateau was simulated with hypobaric oxygen chamber at an altitude of 2 30 0m ± 50 m. In the non-plains plain movement and simulated plateau control training, the mice were trained in low-pressure cabin for 4 weeks and then out of the hypoblast chamber (return to plain)
